At DSWTECHS, we stand behind the quality of our repairs and custom services. All eligible repairs performed by our technicians are backed by a 2-month limited warranty from the date of service.
🔧 Repair Warranty
All repairs completed by DSWTECHS include a 60-day (2-month) limited warranty on the specific repair performed.
This warranty covers:
- Defects in labor performed
- Failure of replacement parts supplied by DSWTECHS
If the same issue returns within the warranty period, we will repair the device again at no additional labor cost.
🧩 Parts Warranty
Replacement parts installed by DSWTECHS are covered for 60 days unless otherwise stated.
If a replacement part fails during the warranty period, we will:
- Replace the defective part
- Perform the repair again
No additional labor cost will be charged.
🎮 Custom Mods & Upgrades
Custom modifications including:
- RGB installations
- Controller mods
- Console modifications
- Water cooling installs
are covered under the same 60-day warranty for installation issues.
This warranty covers installation-related problems only, not normal wear or customer damage.
❌ Warranty Does Not Cover
The warranty is void if the device shows:
- Physical damage after repair
- Liquid damage after repair
- Attempted repair by another technician
- Misuse or accidental damage
- Software issues unrelated to the repair
- Power surges or external electrical damage
⚠️ Important Notes
Opening or modifying devices from companies like Sony, Microsoft, or Nintendo may void the original manufacturer warranty.
DSWTECHS is not responsible for loss of data during repair services. Customers are responsible for backing up their data before service.
🧾 Warranty Claims
To make a warranty claim, customers must:
- Provide the original repair receipt
- Return the device within 60 days of the repair date
Warranty service only covers the original repair performed.
